In Manitoba, there will be a total opening of 168,700 new job openings in-between 2018 and 2024, with almost 66% of these openings as a replacement of workers to either retire or expire. Thereby, prediction for new job openings is expected to be around 24,100 per year. Till 2024, unemployment rate in Manitoba is speculated to be constant at 5.3 percent and the inflation being reduced, it’s economy seems to grow by an average of 1.7 percent annually. Statistical data similar to this reflects that Manitoba’s labour market is probably to have better hourly labour income by an average of 2.3 percent yearly over the next seven years. With this positive outcome, the personal incomes in Manitoba too will see a boost of 3.6 percent per year.
